Harrassment from a employee trying to serve court documents on me for a bill collector?

I've had a company trying to serve me with some court document since before Thanksgiving, but they always have come when I'm not @ home, Who I've responded to every time but one, because I was @ work. They never did set a pacific time with me soI could be there. The last time they told my 85 year old Mom I was going to jail for trying to avoid them. I sent a text telling them where I was & they could meet me & they said they would get back to me. I received a text this morning asking if I would be home in the next hour to receive the papers & I said yes,but I wanted them to apologize to my mother for the scare tactics they used . I received a text back telling me he apologizes to no one & that he was going to send my papers back to court with my text showing how I was illegally evading him & for me to have a nice day. I told him I have text to & have responded to him & it was his choice. He said I created the mess & for me to have a nice day.
