My brother was useing my camper and sending money to me for the use. He can no longer send money to me so he asked me to com get it .
Now because of a desput between my brother and his former land lord some money is or is not owed by my brother to the land lord. When I
came to get my camper the land lord kept me off the property telling me they have a claim to my camper for money owed by my brother.
I still am making payment on it and I am the only person with right to the title first.
Have I lost my camper? The police from there were no help to me or my rights as owner now I have to go back to there and prove I own it .
so am I responsible to pay my brothers depts to?
