More details to this question:
My brother was useing my camper and sending money to me for the use. He can no longer send money to me so he asked me to com get it . Now because of a desput between my brother and his former land lord some money is or is not owed by my brother to the land lord. When I came to get my camper the land lord kept me off the property telling me they have a claim to my camper for money owed by my brother.  I still am making payment on it and I am the only person with right to the title first. Have I lost my camper? The police from there were no help to me or my rights as owner now I have to go back to there and prove I own it . so am I responsible to pay my brothers depts to?

Absent compelling circumstances, campers are personal property and motor vehicles which are not subject to liens by adjoining property owners.  You should have your matter reviewed by Counsel.
