My husband was arrested on a false agg robbery charge in Shelby county.We were notified that he had a warrant on Jan .17 that we have had no knowledge about and we were stressing to every legal and law enforcement that he was not the man that they were looking for he has never robbed anyone has never hung around people in that nature nor do he carry any weapons he had court Jan 9 on a theft under 500 for stealing out of the mall and that is mostly all that's all on his background we were trying to even stress to the news how anyone can jus tell the police a false story without any kind of evidence then here it is some one has a charge out of nowhere we have lost so much sleep crying every night nhe has lost weight from not eating no children should see there father cry the way he did we even tried reaching out to the detective that took the case she was saying it's nothing she can do until he is arressted so he was arrested on Feb 9 he was locked up for 6 days an innocent man in jail
