They limited my account, permanently, twice. Someone sent me a payment with stolen credit cards, without my knowledge. My account was restricted but I was able to provide evidence and they re-evaluated removing the limitation. Unfortunately, I was on the hook for the money. When the dispute was closed, my balance went negative, and they restricted it again. I was told they would re-evaluate when balance was paid. My business depends on it so I borrowed money to resolve the situation. Then I was told there would be no re-evaluation and they claimed they never said they would. They wouldn’t review documentation and denied re-evaluating the first time. If calls are really recorded, then they have my proof of those conversations. I’m in big trouble financially. I need help.
