This is regarding a possible Illegal straw purchase. The dealership repossessed the car kept the cashier check in my name from a straw buyer. The straw buyer is now suing me for 86,490 I am a veteran and low income with no legal aide

How are you a "low income" person buying an $86,000.00 car? YOu will simply need to retain a lawyer to review this, at your expense, if you are not eligible for legal aid.
