How can I get someone to help, I don’t have money and ex is a billionaire?

More details to this question:
Ex fiance threw me in jail on bogus charges packed up my stuff used bogus charges to get restraining order threw my mom no notice or eviction I'm missing at the very least $200,000 of my belongings he kept anything of value has slandered me I can't work my job because now have a felony I know you can't throw someone out like he did. What can I do?

It is difficult to understand all the facts because you run everything together. Your matter is clearly too complicated for you to deal with by yourself. You need to see an attorney who can help you. You are claiming you have a false arrest action against your ex and conversion of property. Your mother might have a landlord tenant claim [but if she was not paying any rent and was merely a guest of him then she can be "thrown out" without going through an unlawful detainer action.
