How can I press charges on two people who called me a nigger because it was very hurtful?

I find that name offensive, just like any other similar term. However, the law does not consider that to be actionable, generally. If it is an ongoing problem where it gets out of control, there might possibly be a claim for infliction if mental distress.

You need to talk with your local prosecutor. I am not aware that it is a crime to call somebody disparaging and hurtful names. If they threatened physical harm, then you might have a case of assault with added penalties because it is a hate crime.
