How can I stop my township from condemning my house?

More details to this question:
I had a fire. I used handymen to do the repairs. 2 years to work on it. Township came in with warrant. Trying to condemn my house. How can I fight them?

Any condemnation procedure requires "due process". This means they must afford you an opportunity for a hearing. You may have to ask for a hearing but do not ignore City notices.

I would certainly need more details before I could provide to you a reasoned opinion. Generally if you are going to fix and repair a damaged property, and it is brought back to code, it should not necessarily be condemned. However, if there is too long a time and the local government determines that is become a nuisance it is within their rights to seek to condemn it.
