Depends entirely on the wording of the settlement agreement. If it allowed you to enter a judgment upon breach of the agreement and/or there is a signed confession of judgment, enter the judgment and start the process of collection. If not, you start an action for breach of the settlement agreement by making a motion for summary judgment in lieu of complaint for an account stated, and when the motion is granted, enter the judgment and start the process of collection.
