How can I sue to get property in my name?

More details to this question:
Several years ago I gave a person 7k to put down on a property due to the fact that I was working out of the country. The person purchased the property and I have since paid the mortgage/dues/ fees/ repairs ect. throughout the years. I have been unsuccessful in getting the person to put the property in my name. What can I do?

You can sue to quiet title in your name.
