QUESTION

How do get false order of protection dismissed

Asked on Aug 27th, 2017 on Civil Litigation - Arizona
More details to this question:
A tenant/contractor at my salon has petitioned for an order of protection against my wife and I, the salon owners. We have never threatened her with anything besides she can't continue doing business at our salon if she doesn't pay her rent. She is going through a psychotic breakdown or heavily into drugs. She called the police last week accusing me of stalking her and hacking her email, back accounts, and cell phone. The officer she called, called me and I was shocked. Mostly because she's never been anything besides nice to me since she started a year ago. A few days later, after receiving a text message from my wife to pay her past due rent or leave, she called the police to the salon to escort her 3ft to her car for her safety. She was in zero danger, and never has nor will ever be in danger from myself or my wife. There are many people who can vouch for our character and vouch to her mental instability. What we want is the easiest, cheapest way to make her and this go away.

Update Your Profile
It would be most helpful and productive if you could put together a comprehensive timeline of all the events as they have occurred, along with  attaching supporting documentation, emails,  text messages, lease agreement, proof of lease payments, photographs if any, list of potential witnesses and what they know, etc.  The more organized and thoroughly you can prepare these items, the better for us to be prepared for the hearing, which is like a little trial and is set out within a few weeks after requesting it. We would require a $3,000 retainer and would request a hearing, subpoena evidence and witnesses. Please call me office at (480) 306-5977 to schedule a consultation. Our consultation fee is $295.00. Thank you.
