How do I approach someone elses attorney?

More details to this question:
A disability case is pending on a friend of mines. That stole my truck and caused body damage. I want to be reimbursed for the damages. Can I contact his attorney with this information.

You can contact any person's attorney. An Attorney cannot contact any person who is represented by Counsel.
