how do i ask for indigent for small claims court

The fee for filing a small claims suit is $35 plus $7 for each additional defendant. I am not sure whether an application for this amount of money is worth the effort however, I am providing a link for the court's website on how to file such an application. Be advised that if it is granted and you obtain a settlement or judgment, you may become responsible to pay back the fee.
