My new neighbor cut my trees on my property without my permission. Two of cut trees are big trees, diameter are 30" and 58". 4-5 smaller trees are about 10-15 " in diameter. I have someone to give me estimate to replace those cut trees with smaller size new trees. The estimate is about $20,000.

we have done three similar cases in ocean and monmouth counties. we were able to obtain monies from the neighbor who cut the trees. however, we had to threaten litigation and then file the Complaint. only then did we settle. the initial cost can be significant. please call. ed dimon, esq. 732-797-1600
