How do I evict a none paying relative?

More details to this question:
I am the POA for my 73 year old sister. A year ago I filed a Quick Claim Deed on her property in the event health declined to need my help. Since then she is in an assisted living home. I have offered the none paying relative all of the possessions in the home. I even offered her a lease January 25th, 2020 and she refused. How do I get the none paying relative to move out of the property so I can rent it to help pay my sisters mortgage?

Evict the relative in General Sessions Court.
