How do I find an attorney to represent me

More details to this question:
My son was in a fender bender. No injuries evident at scene, man claimed previous car damage was from my son. We thought he was covered under our insurance, he wasn't. Now we're being sued and we can't find an attorney to represent him. We have the police report and pictures from the accident, we just need someone to represent him.
