how do i find an excellent estate litigation attorney

More details to this question:
My Brother died and the will cannot be found however my niece found a 50 year old will that her attorney is planning on using...naming my niece and her 4 siblings plus my brothers siblings. What about the Nieces and Nephew that were not born in 1970 when the will was made. Can they be added now. Its a large estate.

You can also look on lawyers.com and review their ratings. Google, Avvo and Yelp also have ratings but they are consumer based and don't necessarily reflect the capabilities of the attorney, but the consumer's experience with that attorney.
