More details to this question:
I deposit a check I received in a friends account because I didn't have one an account at the time. She would give me money from the account when I asked. I left her home and since then asked for the money I had remaining in her account and she replied that she didn't have it. How do I get my money back?

You probably won't absent some written agreement regadng the funds or an inordinately high amount of the deposite money that might suggest you didn't just give some to them.
