How do I go about getting the DUI dismissed charges record from my MVR removed?

I have two prior DUI's. The first one I was arrested but the charges were dismissed by grand jury and the officer never sent notice to have my license suspended. The second one I was not arrested, cited, notice was sent to have an administrative hearing, I went to the hearing and the officer never showed. My attorney said "move to rescind" and I won the hearing and was able to keep my license. About a year later the charge of DUI was dismissed by grand jury. My question is, if I were to have these charges expunged (based on the DUI's being dismissed it appears they qualify), how can I get the record from my MVR removed so there is no way anyone can see these (employers doing backgrounds etc.)
