How do I hold my pool contractor accountable for the poor workmanship done poring our concrete deck?

After the deck was poured and the pool started up and running we paid the balance due. within weeks the concrete developed sever crack through out. Attempts to have the contractor return are met with snarky texts and emails, he refuses to come look at it or even call us back. What do we do?

If the contractor is refusing to communicate with you, your may have little choice but to sue him.
