If you are sexually attracted to men and you are a man then you are gay. If you are not sexually attracted to women and you are a man then you are probably gay. If you like show tunes, soap operas, and like to wear make up or women's clothes you are definitely gay. There is nothing to be ashamed of, it is the way you were born and the natural way for you to be. Do not let others tell you what to do or how to feel, do what makes you happy.

This really isn't a legal question, or anything a lawyer is likely to be able to help you with. That being said: If you are attracted to members of your sex rather than the opposite sex, you might be gay. If not, you might not be gay. If you are in doubt, or are troubled by it, try talking to a supportive relative, friend, counselor, physician, or anyone who might be able to give you good advice. Good luck.

You need to talk to a qualified counselor. Being "attracted" to someone of the same sex does not, in and of itself, make you gay.

Only you can decide that. It's a human construct.

You need counseling. If you belong to a church start with your pastor. Don't take your advice from TV or the street. They are filled with political charlatans who are using people with sexual identity problems.
