how do I organize evidence for Plaintiff if I am defendant?

More details to this question:
I am the defendant in a small claims case. I am putting together a notebook for the judge, highlighted and tabbed. I understand that I have to provide the plantiff with the same information I present, but does it have to be highlighted and tabbed in the same way or can I just give him a packet with the information?

You must present it in exactly the same way, and good luck getting it admitted into evidence or considered by the Court.
