How do I request dash cam footage from a traffic stop in Illinois?

More details to this question:
Was stopped 2/9/2013 by 2 CPD officers. Received two tickets. (Running red light and failure to yield to emergency vehicle) Would like dash cam footage to review before I decide on fighting it in court or not. What's the best, easiest way to go about this?

At the first court date make an oral motion for discovery of the dash cam footage and your case will be continued in order for that footage to be sent to you.
