QUESTION

How do I sue a dealership?

Asked on Jul 17th, 2017 on Civil Litigation - Florida
More details to this question:
They violated state laws and performed fraudulent acts. They never put the title in their name - or ours; switched buyer and co-signer info; overcharged interest; overcharged for the vehicle, value was much lower; said they would pay for a windshield but then gave run around before telling us the insurance will pay for it; charged for an extended warranty to fix the vehicle but it turns out the dealership paid for it; The manager never sent us the paperwork (we were there for hours and I had to go to work).
