How do you find out if an attorney has insurance?

More details to this question:
I contacted you earlier today because I am interested in filing suit on my bankruptcy attorney. I was told not to bother if he doesn't have insurance. So I'm looking to find out how do I find out if he has insurance

Someone will have to make a request or worst case scenario if malpractice case is strong enough to file suiit and get it in discovery
