More details to this question:
my mother lives in TN and owned a home in NC that she was renting to someone. this person caused thousands of dollars worth of damage and left a mess when they moved out. how does the small claims process work if she cannot make it to NC for court. what is the best way to move forward so that she may possibly recover some of the damages? look forward to hearing from you.. thank you
