How much time do you think my mom will get for FTA?

My mom got a paper in the mom from child support saying she needed to get a paper signed by her doctor to prove she was disabled and then she wouldn't have to pay them what she owed then her doctor told her he wasn't aloud to sign it so she call child support to tell them and to see if they would setup some payment plan and that's when they told her she has a bench warrant and to turn her self in so she did and come to find out the warrant was from 2 years old and she had know idea about because her sister is her power of attorney and was suppose to take of the child support stuff because my mom is mentally ill do to her disorder and so now my mom is sitting in jail and I was wonder how much time think they will give her?

It is hard to say but on a FTA the Judge can fuss at her, or the Judge can impose a fine, or the Judge can impose fine and jail. However, due to the mental situation, the Judge will probably be lenient.
