How to collect restitution from a criminal

More details to this question:
Our neighbor broke into our home a few years ago and was sent to prison. The judge awarded us 3700. in restitution. He is out now and we have no idea how to collect it. Can someone help us. We are both disabled and need the money for home repairs.

You would have to know where he works to ask the court to issue a garnishment.
