QUESTION

How to have a psychologist reported / lose their licence to practice without them suing

Asked on Mar 05th, 2017 on Civil Litigation - Florida
More details to this question:
I need to file a report against a psychologist without being sued more by her. I was never her client. [She is my ex-land lady who first sued me last March because she rented out an illegal uninhabitable guesthouse. It has been 547 days of hell in civil court defending myself against $12,000 infraudulent damages]. Now she filed a FAKE criminal report/ domestic violence report, stalking and vandalism. She told the court I was "mentally ill; a dangerous threat; and violent." This woman is VICIOUS and has no evidence. I have not seen her in ONE year. Things have gone way too far. I need to report her, but I don't know how to do this safely. A) how can I have immunity with the reports I will file with Psychology Associations/ Florida State, etc B) Why / how calling someone without them being your client; without the court asking for a psychological opinion; stating "psychosis" "violent" "threat" is unethical and (illegal?). why she should be reprimanded / dropped / lose her license....

There is no means to retaliate against someone and then keep it a "secret" to get them in trouble and not beheld responsible for your actions, good , bad or indifferent. This type of issue is one of the reasons why you retain a lawyer to represent you in a lawsuit.
