How to obtain video surveillance for my defense?

Am I legally able to obtain an outside video footage from a political office if it will liberate me of all charges filled against me?
How do I go about doing so?

Subpoena the footage. The clerk of the Court may be able to help you with the procedure if you don't have a lawyer.
