My 22 year old daughter filed a PPO on a schoolmate (college) and he has hired a lawyer. He has filed a Motion to Terminate the PPO. Some of the exhibits are incorrect or incomplete. Is there a way to file an opposition to this motion? Does she need a lawyer to represent her in this case?

If she wants to retain the PPO, her chances of doing so are much better if she has a lawyer to go against the other person's lawyer.
