How to sue Wells Fargo dealer services

More details to this question:
My son passed away last year in June and I and my wife have tried to contact them over 20 times and no one has return our calls. I have his auto at my home and every time I go outside and see it it hurts me because it brings back his death. I am so pissed at their customer service. I was planning on flying to California And confronting them. My wife says no because I am upset with them. Please help me

If the vehicle is not in your name or responsibility, hire a tow truck and have it towed to a local wells fargo bank parking lot and send them a certified letter saying here is your car. If the issue goes beyond that, you willsimply need to retain a lawyer to interene if thy are not cooperating.
