I bought a nutrisystem meal pack from Walmart. A paper towel was baked inside the cookie. Do I have a case?

I don't know if this could have been a paper towel from where someone used the restroom or was bleeding and wiped themselves or what. I was wondering if I have grounds to file a suit and if not then why?

You have no case unless you can prove that you suffered damages. Contact the manufacturer of the product and talk with it.
