More details to this question:
Due to the actions of a non-working man from Illinois, I was forced out of my home in Sebastian, Florida. This man found out my daughter was a successful actress with A HOUSE. He had known her when she was 17. He bombarded her with phone calls & ended up moving in on her in her apt. in Miami. Then came pressure & abuse to get me out of the home I had helped w/down payment and took care of. I am on SSD & am 83 now. I wanted my daughter to have a home. With a desire to continue helping my daughter, I was forced out of the home after 13 years. the man does not work. His mother supplies him with "funds". I was put in a mobile home & told all expenses would be paid. I could not pay them on my SSD. Two months ago, a man showed up at my door to turn off the FPL. I then learned the rent had not been paid for 2 months. Then I learned the "mother" had been paying my daughter to keep the "son" in therapy. My daughter had to go to Ca. for her career, she stopped paying. I face homeless

Neither - there is no right to sue others to support you as a grown adult, on SSD, or being elderly, or otherwise. If the child you raised has abandoned you when you need her help and are elderly, thats unfortunate, but thats the child you raised and the morals she has. You can try to contact her in Cali to see if she will help you, otherwise, you might want to contact local elder services in your area and see what resources they may have for you in public housing, shelters, etc.
