I joined with my 2 brothers ans one brother's wife to buy a small house cash. I did not put my name on the deed but I wired my money from my bank account. Now they don want me to stay in the house. Do I have anyway of legally getting back my money?

Not effectively if you have no contract, mortgage or deed interest. You certainly have no right to posses the property from the facts presented. You will need to hire a real estate lawyer.
