More details to this question:
I refinanced and have 2nd loan on my residence in 2005. I owed my ex-wife for spouse support, so that she put a lien on my house, which I did not notice. She claims that I forged her signature to obtain the loans, which I did not do. I bought her out of the said property during our devorce processed in 2000. She signed a quit claim to grant to me as my sole and separate property in the same year. Now, she also claims that she is a co-onwer and as tenant in common, it is not true . She demand the court order for partitition of my residential property to sale my house.

Civil Litigation Attorney serving Arcadia, CA
If your ex-wife has quit claimed the property to you, she no longer has any interest. Thus is unable to receive a favorable outcome in court. Also, since the ownership of the property was resolved during your divorce, that should also help you in defending against these false accusations. I strongly encourage you to consult an attorney as to defending yourself in a civil lawsuit. There are a number of tools we can use to make the lawsuit end quickly, or even possibly to have some award be rule din your favor. I hope I have answered your question.
