I helped out an old friend. Josh Hayward

We went into business with a back hoe I co signed for the back hoe. Josh was going to work it, and make payments Josh did for a while Then started missing payments. On April 7,2017 I called a friend to ask if he would go pick up the back hoe and bring it to my house..He told me Josh had sold the back hoe last Dec. Josh did not pay me anything!! The guy's that bought it payed him $22,000.00 Now I owe $28,300.00. The guys that have the back hoe won't give it back to me. The police say it is a civil case and they can't do anything. Can you help me get my back hoe back? Josh's name is not on any of the papers from the bank. Can you help me. I am feeling very lost and stupid . Thank You Dori Fox
