1 week ago my boyfriend left our 11 year relationship. he immediately went to the bank and STOLE $25,010 of my 401K money from the savings account. i want to press aggravated theft in the first degree charges against him ASAP before he spends it.

Criminal cases are prosecuted by, and criminal prosecutors work for, the government, not individuals. You can bring a civil action, but for a criminal case you need to go to the police.
