I had numerous violations occur when a pharm tech entered my profile and gave information obtained to my wife. Which caused issues which led to an upcoming divorce, im currently homeless and will soon lose my job. I found out that this has been common practice for some time now.

You should make a complaint to the Connecticut Department of Public Health. They will investigate this for you.
