QUESTION

I NEED A LAWYER ON A SUIT. CAN YOU HELP?

Asked on Nov 08th, 2012 on Civil Litigation - Massachusetts
More details to this question:
I am seeking an attorney to represent me on contingency or pro bono, on one or more civil actions I initiated. One concerns my late mother's estate worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Though there are three siblings she left no will. My sister took over the three tenement property on First Street in Lowell and lives on the first floor, moved her son onto the 2nd floor, rented the third for years, and still I haven't been given one cent or even one item of memorabilia of my mother's! No records were provided to me though I am a one third owner. Discovery revealed numerous lies and mismanagement of the property which let it run down. Very poor accounting was made, even to this day. I would like you to obtain further discovery, defend my interests and prepare and represent me at pretrial and trial. Please email me immediately for further details and to begin.

This is probably not the right forum to advertise for a contingent-fee attorney. As a general matter, these kinds of lawsuits in which you are interested are not handled on a contingent-fee basis because there is no jackpot at the end of the rainbow. Good luck.
