I need a lawyer to represent me in hoa lawsuit

More details to this question:
HOA refuses to speak with me regarding dues and payment plan since the file has been transfered to attorney office. Attorney will not speak with me will only serve me with lawsuit documents.

You should consult the local bar association where you reside for a referral. You will need to be prepared to pay a substantial retainer. The amount you may be required to pay as counsel fees may be a substantial proportion, or even larger, than the amount in controversy. Have you exhausted all efforts to resolve this mattter?
