More details to this question:
I had a problem with a supervised visits the other party increased the cost of the visit and did not allow me to see my kids the police where called and the individual lied to officers

This is an issue that must be addressed through the court. The fee for the visits should be reasonable and something you can afford. You could ask the court to assure that the fee stays under a certain amount so that you're not unreasonably deprived of your supervised visit.
