I had slip and fall about 2 years ago and damaged my back three bulging disc and a lacerated existing injury right elbow and hip my medical bills are over$14,000,00 the company offered me $11,500 too settle ,with no pain and suffering money.i live in Oklahoma city

You would need a ton of additional information before you could even start to answer that question what were the circumstances of the ship and fall? Does it fall within Ok workers comp. law? Is there insurance involved? What kinds of verdicts do the local juries award in such circumstances? Etc. etc. You should hire a local personal injury attorney.
