I need some advice as to if I have a case.

More details to this question:
I had Roto-Rooter snake my sewer drains and they have damaged a pipe because know I have stinking water flooding my bedroom downstairs.Can i sue then to fix the problem.

If you can prove that they damaged the pipe, then you can sue them.
