Have a home in Knoxville, TN. That is solely deeded to me. My ex and I broke up and he decided to continue staying there and I moved out of state. I now need to sale my home. My ex and I were never married and we never signed a lease agreement. I just sent him a certified letter with 30 days to vacate. Also I just found out that the utilities are still in my name as well... what are my rights if he doesn't move out?

Hire an attorney to have him evicted.
