I need to speak to someone about a civil judgement

More details to this question:
Judgement awarded plaintiff by default because i didn't answer , I couldn't afford a lawyer.What happens to my 401k and bank account and income?

401(k) is safe.  Your bank account and wage income is not, but there are certain exemptions should you get a levy notice.
