I want to sue a Judge and Sheriff Dept.

I am a victim of Revenge Porn. The police did nothing, and didnt pursue it. I tried to get a restraining order and the judge didnt grant it. Saying he didnt think that my life was in danger. The pictures and videos were clearly on several of his social media pages, he texted me the website to my phone. Some of it is still out there, and this happened a year and half ago. Nothing happened to him, he got away without a scratch. He ruined my name, hurt my business, I am humiliated to go to any social events, I will never be the same over this and I want justice & compensation.
