Its been brought to my attention that after all these years a warrant still exists..Contempt of court..Bradley Hillman attny from Willuamsoirt went over the case about 9 years ago finding I had been chatged the day my girls were to be returned but more importantly 1) a restitution hearing was never held to dispute and the sentence order was signed the day after the hearing..William Goldinger jr and his fasther I am sure remember this case from 1996/99/..I lost my children and any chance of a carreer. For the past years Ive cared for my father thru dementia who passed Nov 2015 and now my mother stage 4 cola rectal cancer .I need to get this over with for good..I still recall 5he whole nightmare like yesterday.. Please contact me This needs to be dealt with I am the only one here to care for my mother. Its been enough years..I understand William Goldinger is now DA. Maybe finally some justice and closure / solution can be made. I need this warrant dismissed for good.21 years of this
I believe a Motion to Lift Bench Warrant would be in order. The judge may order a hearing, but it's likely it will be lifted if all obligations have been fulfilled.
