More details to this question:
More than 2 years ago I switched my telephone service to TWC. I had an unlisted number for over 30 years. I paid $3.50 per month to continue the non-published number. After 1 year I found out it was published. They gave me a refund and said they would put it as non-published number and I started paying $3.50 per month again. After 10 months again I found out it was published. They refunded my money again and offered me a new phone number. I didn't want to change numbers so again I paid the $3.50 to unlist the number. Now again I find out it is listed after paying for a non- published number. I would like to sue for the numerous and bothering sales calls I get daily. To change my number after 30 years is a problem for me. Too many people have my number and it would be difficult for me to even remember to notify everyone I would want to have it. Businesses, Doctors, friends etc. So I am curious to find out if I have a case against them.
