Since my mother died oct 2015, my brothers wife has continuously opened social network pages using my name ie face book mostly and twitter as well. She also uses my business name and writes horrible things in reviews about my business. I tried to block her in every way possible and hope she would just go away, but in this past week another page in my name has been opened slandering me again! I know it has harmed my business and want it to stop !

This is common social media defamation type issue. You may want to retain a lawyer to file suit against the offender to see if you can cinvince them to stop or hold them responsbile for damages. The downside is these are not contingent fee cases and can be expensive lawsuits, though many people pursue them because the business and reputational harm is a bigger loss.
